Return/Exchange Policy

Willow Hill Soap Company will gladly exchange products as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original manufactured condition.

 

Online Returns: If you would like to exchange your products, please reach out to customerservice@willowhillsoapcompany.com for further instructions.

*Please note that return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

In-Store Returns: If you would like to make an exchange in-store, please bring unused and undamaged products along with receipt into the store. We will gladly exchange your item for another item(s) of equal or lesser value.
